Construction Monitoring service and Reporting provides a combined package of project management, cost management, contract administration, clerk of works and employer’s agent to give and independent and transparent project monitoring service. Assessing, and overseeing of project costs, progress, budget, funding, program, quality, delivery, health & safety, and overall efficiency, to make sure that strategy is being adhered to. Periodically reporting on all these matters, along with highlighting any issues and managing effective agreement of solutions with all relevant parties involved.
